Underbank Construction Updates

     

River View

Stage S1301 is complete. 

 
Park View

Stage 21 settlement is underway.

Stage 22. Council has requested additional landscape documentation and the amendment plan has been resubmitted to Council. Settlement is forecast in Oct/Nov'26

Stages 23 & 24: Overhead power line works have been completed, with Stage 23 construction to resume in mid Sep.


Town Centre

The Moorabool Retail Strategy (Amendment C115moor) continues to progress, with Council's final decision pending. The Strategy supports the future neighbourhood activity centre at Underbank, and we will continue to monitor developments.

Sports Precinct

The planning permit approval is expected shortly.

Stage S901 Townhomes – The balance of S901 building construction is underway and nearing completion.

All major estate works are all complete.

Stage 21: Settlement is underway
Stage 22: waiting for the final Council decision for SOC.

All the major Estate works on Randwick Avenue are all complete. 

We anticipate achieving Stage 23 & 24 Statements of Compliance (SOC) by Dec 2026.
