River View
Earthworks have commenced for Stage S1301.

 

Park View
We have commenced construction of the culvert and associated creek works on 23 June 2025. These works are designed to enhance stormwater management, improve natural flow paths, and contribute to a sustainable and visually appealing environment throughout the estate.

 

Town Centre
We are currently in the process of rezoning the town center land to commercial use. The Council has requested an indicative layout, which has been prepared by our planning consultant. Additionally, we have engaged a consultant to design the retail component and layout.

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

Stage S901 Townhomes - The structures are at varying stages of progress, with scaffolding in place and roofing largely completed, including the installation of solar panels. External walls are partially finished, and construction materials are neatly stored nearby.

 

River View (S1301)

 

Stage S901 - Civil works are underway, with machinery and construction vehicles present, including an excavation truck and crew working near the roadside—likely on underground services such as water, sewer, or electrical connections. 

 

Park View (21-24) 

 

 

Stage 21-24 - The team has been hard at work excavating and placing the concrete base, with great care taken to ensure quality and precision at every stage. It’s exciting to see this essential element coming together as Park View continues to take shape.
