Underbank Newsletter Update - October 2023

We are thrilled to bring you the Underbank Monthly Newsletter & Construction Update October 2023.

 

In this issue, we have some important news to share:

 

  • Stage 17 was successfully settled on the 2nd of October.

  • Stage 18 settlement is delayed until November due to authority approval delay. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Construction of Stage 19 is complete. However, there are infrastructure works associated with Korkuperrimul Creek that Melbourne Water requires to be completed before Stage 19 can be settled.  These works are currently under construction but long delays in Melbourne Water approving the designs for this work have deferred commencement of construction until recently.  If there are no delays in construction or approvals by Melbourne Water and Council, we anticipate settlements will occur in January 2024.  We apologise for this delay and assure you of our continuing best effort to have Stage 19 settled.

Underbank Construction Updates   

 

Construction Stage 17 - 19  

 

River View (Stages 9 - 13)

 

Stages 9 to 13 have successfully settled, and all open space structures and planting are now complete.

 

 

River View (Stages 14 - 19)

 

 

Stages 14 to 17 have successfully settled.

Stage 15 Park is now complete. 

Stage 18 is currently experiencing delays in the compliance process with the authorities, and we anticipate settlements to occur in November.

Stage 19 construction is complete, and the infrastructure works related to Korkuperrimul Creek are commencing.

 

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

 

The construction completion for S901 is targeted for November 2023, with a proposed settlement date in February 2024. 

 

Park View (21-23) 

 

 

Some preliminary works have commenced on site already, and settlement date is forecast to be December 2024. 

 

Underbank Planning and Post-Construction Updates 

 

 

Rose Hill (Stages 1 - 3)

Detailed Engineering plans for Stage 3B are awaiting Council approval.  

 

Park View (Stages 24 - 29) 

The planning permit for stages 24-29 was approved by Council in December 2022

Stage 24 features 23 lots with block sizes ranging from 444 m2 - 720 m2, this diverse stage ensures there's something for everyone. Here, residents can breathe fresh country air in some of Victoria's most expansive land. You can also enjoy the scenic views and admire the beautiful river red gums that line the creek, along with a range of urban amenities.
