Underbank Construction Updates   

  

 

 

Stage 19

 

Regarding the feedback from the site review session with Melbourne Water on 22/02/2024 and advice from engineers, the Rock Chute can be closed out in 2 weeks, and the Stage 19 settlement can be expected in April 2024, depending on MW's response.

 

 

 

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

Majority of the civil works are now complete, however further works are currently on hold due to a delay in Powercor approving the revised electrical plan. We anticipate approval either later this week. Approximately four more weeks of work are anticipated after Powercor's approval to reach practical completion. Settlements are expected to occur in April 2024.

We sincerely apologize if this delay has caused any inconvenience. 

 

Park View (21-23) 

 

 

Construction work for Stage 21-23 is on program.

Detailed Engineering plans for Stage 3B are awaiting Council approval.
