River View
Stage S1301 construction work is in progress.

 

Park View
We have commenced construction of the culvert and associated creek works on 23 June 2025. This structure will allow water to flow safely beneath the future roads and support the long-term resilience of the community’s infrastructure. Works are on track for 2025 completion.

 

Town Centre
We are currently in the process of rezoning the town center land to commercial use. The Council has requested an indicative layout, which has been prepared by our planning consultant. Additionally, we have engaged a consultant to design the retail component and layout.

Stage S901 Townhomes – Roofing works are substantially complete, and solar panel installation is visible across several units. External façades are partially finished, while construction equipment and materials are well organized on site, supporting the next stages of progress.

Stage S1301 – Earthworks in progress, with construction completion targeted for September.

Stage 21-24 – Excavation and concrete works underway, with retaining structures and new roads taking shape.
